Spring Salad: Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

Instructions

1. Hold each brussels sprout by stem and cut into very thin slices using a slicer or knife. Toss into a bowl to separate the layers.

2. Dice the red onion and apple and toss in the bowl.

3. Lightly crush walnuts with your hand and toss into the bowl along with the raisins.

4. Top with Daiya Creamy Caesar Dairy-Free Dressing and enjoy!
