Tropical Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Daiya Peach Greek Yogurt Alternative
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
  • 2 Tbsp Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/4 Cup Cacoa Nibs, (Use as topping)
  • 1/4 Cup shredded coconut, (Use as topping)

Instructions

1. Combine Daiya yogurt, protein powder, fruit and coconut water into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and desired consistency is achieved. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water, and if it’s too thin add ice.

3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls and top with remaining mango, cacao nibs and shredded coconut.
