Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Business Systems Manager is responsible for the management of Daiya’s Business Systems (Includes ERM, CRM, Vivid Reports/Flex, etc.) to support departmental and corporate objectives. The Business Systems Manager maintains a scope of understanding systems, internal processes, and business objectives in order to drive solutions to meet business needs, both anticipated and applied. This role thoroughly trains and resolves all issues for all internal Business Systems customers.
The Red Seal Certified Journeyman Electrician must possess fundamental and specialized knowledge and skills related to the installation and maintenance of electrical devices and components found in industrial settings. The Industrial Electrician inspects, installs, troubleshoots, repairs and services (includes calibration and preventive/predictive maintenance) electrical equipment such as motors, generators, pumps, heavy duty machines, environmental regulating systems, communication systems; and associated electrical and electronic controls for food production.
The Industrial Electrician is also responsible for working together with the rest of the maintenance team to complete Work Orders and follow a Preventive Maintenance Program. This position may require shift hours.
The Journeyman Industrial Millwright must possess fundamental and specialized knowledge and skills related to troubleshooting and providing preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating equipment change-over.
The Millwright is responsible for working together with the rest of the maintenance team to complete new projects, work orders and follow a Preventive Maintenance Program. This position requires shiftwork (rotating once a month).
As an International Sales Director, this role is accountable for sales growth and product distribution in our international markets. You are a critical driver of the management of all selling and executional activities to achieve customer revenue and profit targets. This role capitalizes on major account opportunities and forms the crucial link between Daiya and the customer with proactive business-building initiatives that have been the cornerstone of our sales success.
Through the development of a collaborative relationship with customers, this role is the key link between Daiya Foods and customers on all international business development opportunities and challenges.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for managing and optimizing all warehouse inventory levels while achieving Daiya’s service level goals, assisting in training Team Members on inventory handling best practices, and supporting the Warehouse Manager on workflow and warehouse functions.
The Inventory Control Supervisor will drive inventory accuracy through analysis and physical counts while processing transactions across internal warehouses, 3rd party warehouses and co-packer facilities.
Our Production Associate plays a key role in achieving business objectives by safely carrying out packaging, line inspecting, and other production related duties. Other responsibilities involve assisting with the set up and changeover of the packaging machines. Our Production Associates work as part of a team with changing responsibilities and ensure products and packaging meet quality standards while minimizing waste. Production Associates will complete paperwork on a daily basis to ensure quality of products and packaging meet Company Standards.
Production Associates will ensure manufacturing of products is carried out in accordance with internal and external standards and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and SQF requirements along with Work Safe BC standards.
Our R&D Sr. Technologist, Continuous Improvement leads and supports significant technical components of R&D projects, utilizing strong innovation, product development, and research skills to advance team and department objectives. This role will work collaboratively and independently to design and execute technical work, from benchtop testing to product commercialization. This role also conducts all types of technical work including but not limited to: scientific research, product concept refinement, raw material sourcing, product formulation, benchtop prototype development, experimental design, analytical testing, data analysis and interpretation, scale up testing, co-packer assessment, process optimizing, shelf life testing, sensory testing, stability analysis and product commercialization. The role may be required to supervise and support other team members in delivering tasks. They are responsible for driving company growth through collaborating, innovating, and experimenting to develop creative product and process solutions.

Our Sanitation Associate is responsible for ensuring the daily cleaning and sanitation of all food processing and manufacturing equipment to company and industry standards ensuring no damage of equipment during this process. This position is responsible for the handling, use and application of sanitation chemicals.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for creating consumer demand for Daiya’s products as well as contribute to formulating the brand’s long-term strategy. The successful candidate will be a proven thought leader who is also capable of leading teams to execute brand building initiatives. This person is adept at providing leadership at levels and departments above, across and below theirs, and throughout the entire organization.
As a Territory Manager (TM) you will be responsible for sales growth and product distribution at all accounts (natural & conventional) within your assigned geography. Your main role will be to fill existing voids, present new items and manage promotional activity while balancing profitability and company strategies and goals for the category.
Through the development of a collaborative relationship with the VP of Sales & Regional Sales Managers (RSM), this role will be an essential training ground for future positions within the company.
