Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for leading the annual budgeting process across the organization, leading the development of the re-forecasting process on a quarterly basis, and maintain and proactively improve financial models and business processes to enhance and streamline existing practices. This is a hands-on entrepreneurial role that will provide key analytical support to the functional teams and plays a key role in elevating robust decision making across the organization.
The Logistics Planner is accountable for the day-to-day management of shipments including finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to ensure continuous operation of both internal and external facilities. This position is responsible for planning and executing cost-effective and timely transportation of products to customers’ supply networks. This position will require strong communication skills in providing cross-functional logistic support and expertise across the network, such as 3PL providers, Production Planning, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, R&D, QA and more.
Order Management (OM) Supervisor will lead Daiya’s order fulfilment team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customers’ orders in a collaborative, fun and rewarding environment. This is an integral role within the Supply Chain department and will engage with Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to provide customers with best-in-class order processing experience.
The QA Technologist is responsible for day-to-day food safety and quality monitoring and verification activities at the manufacturing facility. The technologist ensures that Daiya’s food safety and quality standards are enforced and maintained at all stages of the manufacturing processes; and supports the continuous operation of production line.

Our R&D Technologist – Packaging leads and supports commercial development, innovation, and sustainability packaging projects. Utilizing deep expertise in packaging technology, a strong network within the packaging community, and a passion for innovative solutions, the R&D Technologist -Packaging is responsible for packaging development, commercialization, and optimization across a range of product lines, as well as the advancement of packaging capabilities within the organization. Collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams, this role translates consumer insights and product requirements into original and functional packaging solutions that differentiate our products and delight our consumers. This team member conducts all types of technical work including but not limited to: technology research, packaging concept refinement, material sourcing, prototype testing, experimental design and testing, data analysis, scale up testing, process optimizing, product lifecycle and integrity testing, and packaging commercialization. May be required to supervise and support other team members in delivering tasks.
Our Production Manager provides leadership to the management and supervision of the manufacturing processes, to ensure scheduled production levels are met for each shift and high-level sanitation is complete to meet Food Safety and QA standards. The Production Manager will work with the Senior Production Manager to research and implement processes that minimize costs and waste while maximizing the highest quality production outputs.
