The Cost Accounting Manager (CAM) will be a key partner to the Supply Chain and Operations teams to drive improvements in COGS through business process improvements and meaningful analytics. This role provides leadership and mentorship to the Finance team either through projects, initiatives, and/or ongoing operational finance support to the different departments. Additionally, the CAM will work with each manufacturing department manager to understand the manufacturing processes and develop tools to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will combine solid accounting and manufacturing costing background with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Our Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate reports to AR Supervisor and supports by ensuring that the Company receives payments for goods and services according to established Company payment terms and correctly records the transactions, secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.
The Accounts Payable (AP) Associate reports to the AP Supervisor, and is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Manager will be responsible for creating consumer demand for key product lines that are the primary growth opportunities for the brand. The successful candidate will be a proven thought leader who is also capable of leading cross-functional teams and agencies to execute brand building initiatives, optimize product lines and deliver sustainable profit growth.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Engagement, the Corporate Communications Manager will be and a key ambassador for the organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement Daiya’s communications strategy, integrating corporate communications and brand PR as well as leading our crisis response. This position will work across teams to strengthen Daiya’s reputation as a Plant-Based leader, creating story driven moments in support of business strategies, corporate vision as well as brand and product positioning.
The QA Continuous Improvement Team Lead is responsible to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Co-manufacturing-related Quality Systems. This leader works closely with co-manufacturers’ Quality Team as well as liaises with Daiya’s QA, R&D and Supply chain teams to ensure quality & food safety programs are in place at co-manufacturers and that they are compliant with Daiya quality standards. This role is also responsible to liaise with Supply Chain and 3rd party warehouses to ensure quality systems in maintained in our Distribution chains. In addition, this leader collaborates and assists in continuous improvement projects and quality process improvements in the main plant.
The QA Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Co-manufacturing-related Quality Systems. This team member works closely with co-manufacturers’ Quality Team as well as liaises with Daiya’s QA, R&D and Supply chain teams to ensure quality & food safety programs are in place at co-manufacturers and that they are compliant to Daiya quality standards. This team member is also responsible to provide QA administrative support related to co-manufacturers’ suppliers and Daiya’s customers.
The R&D Associate Scientist, Sensory & Consumer Research is a self-motivated and curious individual, focused on conducting sensory research and guiding development across all our product categories. The successful candidate will be capable of merging sensory knowledge with strong coordination and execution to design and execute sensory experiments, analyze results, and develop recommendations. This role will be responsible for running our internal sensory programs, providing guidance to key innovation, renovation, product and process improvement, and value engineering projects.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Foodservice works closely with the Director of Foodservice to promote and sell Daiya’s product offerings to regional chains, local chains, and all foodservice operators across the Foodservice spectrum in the Eastern United States. This individual is also responsible for overseeing the sales efforts of the broker offices within the territory and expanding our presence with key distributors This role will be focused in the major metro-markets: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta and all of Florida.
An exciting and challenging position exists as a Business Development and Planning Manager at our head office in Burnaby, BC. Reporting to the VP Business Development and Planning the selected individual will play a key role in the development and market execution of Daiya’s Strategic Growth Plan. This position requires a Sales Professional with cross functional experience in one of the following – Sales Planning and Strategy, Marketing and/or Shopper Marketing. As a key member within the recently created Business Development Team the Manager is accountable for leading and developing specific sales goals, driving the sales planning process, channel optimization, product pricing, shopper marketing deployment and ensuring the sales team is armed to execute the Daiya portfolio with excellence.

Our Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading and executing procurement strategies. This role is key in managing and overseeing day to day purchasing tasks (replenishments), inventory and cost management. Purchasing Manager is responsible for supply continuity to support Production in house as well as at Co-Manufacturers locations, in addition to managing and coaching team of Buyers. The role also supports Innovation projects as well as Operations/ Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role connects and will work collaboratively across all departments such as Operations, Finance, R&D, QA and Regulatory.
