Our Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate reports to AR Supervisor and supports by ensuring that the Company receives payments for goods and services according to established Company payment terms and correctly records the transactions, secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.
Reporting to the Director Operations and Capital Finance, the Operations Accountant supports the Finance Operations and Capital Finance functions by collecting, updating, analyzing, verifying, and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.

Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for creating consumer demand for key product lines that are the primary growth opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be a proven executor who is also capable of leading cross-functional teams, delivering tactical innovation from concept to launch, and brand building initiatives.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the development of strong and breakthrough creative ideas and concepts for various organizational needs. Through different platforms, assist in designing and delivering ideas, social and visual assets to clearly articulate conceptual direction.
The QA Technologist is responsible for day-to-day food safety and quality monitoring and verification activities at the manufacturing facility. The technologist ensures that Daiya’s food safety and quality standards are enforced and maintained at all stages of the manufacturing processes; and supports the continuous production line operation.
The R&D Chef is a self-motivated and curious individual, focused on delivering multiple culinary solutions to support key internal and external initiatives. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional capable of merging strong culinary knowledge and hands-on technical skills to develop plant-based recipes and menus, validate new ingredients and products, guide R&D development, and support sales and marketing. This role acts as an independent culinary lead for multiple R&D and corporate projects, working collaboratively with the cross-functional team to meet business objectives.
Our R&D Scientist – Advanced Research & Technology leads and supports significant technical components of R&D projects, utilizing strong innovation, product development, and research skills to advance team and department objectives. This team member will work collaboratively and independently to design and execute technical work, from benchtop testing to product commercialization. This role conducts all types of technical work including but not limited to: scientific research, product concept refinement, raw material sourcing, product formulation, benchtop prototype development, experimental design, analytical testing, data analysis and interpretation, scale up testing, co-packer assessment, process optimizing, shelf life testing, sensory testing, stability analysis and product commercialization. May be required to supervise and support other team members in delivering tasks. Our R&D Scientist is responsible for driving company growth through collaborating, innovating, and experimenting to develop creative product and process solutions.
Our Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading and executing procurement strategies. This role is key in managing and overseeing day to day purchasing tasks (replenishments), inventory and cost management. Purchasing Manager is responsible for supply continuity to support Production in house as well as at Co-Manufacturers locations, in addition to managing and coaching team of Buyers. The role also supports Innovation projects as well as Operations/ Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role connects and will work collaboratively across all departments such as Operations, Finance, R&D, QA and Regulatory.
This role will oversee the Logistics and Warehousing functions, including our 3PL’s. Coupled with a wealth of Supply Chain experience, this role is required to have strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership to vendors, internal stakeholders and ultimately our customers and consumers.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist (Corporate) will be responsible for all hiring needs at our Burnaby head office and leading the onboarding process for all new salaried hires. The ideal candidate is a passionate recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and can handle a high volume of roles but also enjoys being the face of the company and helping new Daiyan’s start their journey with us.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer works closely with Plant Operations and Supply Chain in assessing and implementing improvements in accordance with Six sigma/Lean Manufacturing principles. Additionally, they will work cross functionally with quality and R&D to identify improvements in quality, efficiencies, and waste elimination. Key skills for this role are problem-solving, data analysis and a keen interest in working collaboratively to develop new processes and improve current ones.
