You are a leader when it comes to both creative ideas, media execution and public relations. You are obsessed with finding innovative ways of storytelling – you’re our Senior Digital Marketing Manager. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work very closely with the Marketing Team, other cross functional teams and the digital agency to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
The Red Seal Certified Journeyman Electrician must possess fundamental and specialized knowledge and skills related to the installation and maintenance of electrical devices and components found in industrial settings. The Industrial Electrician inspects, installs, troubleshoots, repairs and services (includes calibration and preventive/predictive maintenance) electrical equipment such as motors, generators, pumps, heavy duty machines, environmental regulating systems, communication systems; and associated electrical and electronic controls for food production.
The Industrial Electrician is also responsible for working together with the rest of the maintenance team to complete Work Orders and follow a Preventive Maintenance Program. This position may require shift hours.
Our Production Manager provides leadership to the management and supervision of the manufacturing processes, to ensure scheduled production levels are met for each shift and high-level sanitation is complete to meet Food Safety and QA standards. The Production Manager will work with the Director, Plant Operations to research and implement processes that minimize costs and waste while maximizing the highest quality production outputs.
The Production Manager will ensure that manufacture of products is carried out in accordance with internal and external standards and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and SQF requirements along with Work Safe BC standards.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the Quality Control Technician ensures that Daiya’s food safety and quality standards are enforced and maintained at all stages of the manufacturing processes through routine quality monitoring, sampling and testing.
As our Sales Director, Retail, this role is accountable for sales growth and product distribution within our retail Canadian market. You are a critical driver of the management of all selling and executional activities to achieve customer revenue and profit targets within your territory. This role capitalizes on maintaining relationships with our existing customers, as well as major account opportunities and forms the crucial link between Daiya and the customer with proactive business-building initiatives that have been the cornerstone of our sales success.
Through the development of a collaborative relationship with our customers, this role is the key link between Daiya Foods and customers on all retail business development opportunities and challenges.
As our Director, NA Food Service Sales, this role is accountable for sales growth and product distribution within our NA food service sales channel. You are a critical driver of the management of all selling and executional activities to achieve customer revenue and profit targets within this area. This role capitalizes on maintaining relationships with our existing customers, as well as major account opportunities and forms the crucial link between Daiya and the customer with proactive business-building initiatives that have been the cornerstone of our sales success.
Through the development of a collaborative relationship with our customers, this role is the key link between Daiya Foods and customers on all food service business development opportunities and challenges within North America. This role will also provide leadership for our food service regional, territory and inside sales managers.
Our Director, Procurement is a key position responsible for daily leadership and direction in the Procurement team that will support the high growth initiatives of the business. This role will work closely with the VP, Operations and Director, Supply Chain and will oversee the Planning and Procurement functions. Coupled with a wealth of strategic procurement experience and expert negotiation skills, this role is required to have strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership to vendors, internal stakeholders and ultimately our customers and consumers.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Inventory Control Supervisor role is responsible for managing all warehouse inventory levels while achieving Daiya’s service level goals, assisting in training Team Members on inventory handling best practices, and supporting the Warehouse Manager on workflow and warehouse functions.
The Inventory Control Supervisor role will drive inventory accuracy through reconciliations, analysis, and physical counts while processing transactions across internal warehouses, 3rd party warehouses and co-packer facilities.
