My favorite Daiya product is the Jalapeno Garlic Havarti cheese block! I love to mix it with the cheddar shreds in quesadillas.
I love Daiya because it’s for everyone. I myself have some major allergies and Daiya’s products let me eat delicious foods that are allergy friendly. Even people who don’t have allergies love it! When I meet people at shows, some are hesitant to try it at first because they are so used to dairy cheese, but end up loving the product and asking for more.

I love the Daiya Deluxe Cheddar Style Cheezy Mac. It’s such an easy quick meal. I love how it’s awesome on its own or you can add things to it like chopped spinach, peas & carrots, or ground meat (or in my case vegan “meat crumbles”).
I was first introduced to Daiya while on my search for a vegan cheese alternative. After numerous letdowns from other cheeses I decided to try Daiya and it was love at first bite. Since then it’s been an awesome love affair…cheesecakes, pizzas, mac & cheese and yogurts to name a few. It’s fantastic being able to “veganize” some of my favorite recipes using the different Daiya products. The cheeses melt and stretch just like dairy cheese.
I’ve continued to love Daiya not just because the products are awesome, but the people that make up the company are awesome as well. Everyone is so passionate about creating and maintaining fantastic products for everyone to enjoy. This is why I love to share my love for Daiya with the world. 🙂

My favorite Daiya product is the Deluxe Alfredo Style Cheezy Mac! My favorite recipe to make is my Vegan Mac ‘n Cheese using the Daiya Shreds in Cheddar and Mozzarella along with either the Smoked Gouda block for some smokiness or Jalapeño Havarti for enhanced flavor and a bit of a kick.
I love Daiya because I’ve been able to fall in love again with cheese, cheesecakes, pizzas and more! Since developing a dairy sensitivity I’ve had to remove every bit of dairy from my diet, but thanks to Daiya I can have dairy products again. I actually enjoy Daiya’s cheese more than real cheese! Before having dairy problems I didn’t enjoy super cheesy food like mac and cheese, but now I absolutely love it.

I created a recipe for Daiya protein cheesecake!
For the crust, I mix 164g unflavored pea protein, 51g raw oats and 20g coconut oil by hand and pat into a greased pie tin.
For the filling, I mix 580g Daiya plain cream cheese with 60g vanilla vegan protein powder and 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, then pour it over the crust.
Bake the cheesecake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then 500 degrees for 10 minutes. I cool the cheesecake before refrigerating it.
Makes 8 servings. Each serving has 376 calories – 24g fat, 16g carbohydrates, 24g protein.
Living an athletic lifestyle, I know how important healthy, non-animal sourced fats are in a balanced diet. I love incorporating Daiya into my muscle-building recipe—like using the cream cheese in my protein cheesecake, and adding cheddar shreds to my soy-based meatballs. Daiya adds flavor to my life and keeps me at the top of my game!

My favorite Daiya product is a tie between the Strawberry Cheezecake and the Peach Greek-style yogurt. So delicious!
I love Daiya because their products are so delicious you can’t believe it’s vegan! I also love that the company truly cares about their consumers and making a wonderful product that is good for you and others!

My favorite Daiya Product is the classic Mozzarella Daiya Shreds. It is an essential in my fridge. My favorite recipe using Daiya shreds is a secret recipe I’ve created for an all-vegan Philly “Cheese steak.” That or the supreme pizza on a lazy day! Yum!
I was originally drawn to Daiya because I am a long-time vegan. Close to 15 years. I found it just like most other vegans looking to try new products to add into my regular cooking. Daiya won my heart instantly! I love Daiya because every single product is vegan, soy and gluten free and absolutely delicious. Besides the product itself, to me, Daiya is one of the most progressive and positive companies I know. I see the way Daiya listens to its customer and always projects such fun and exciting energy.
