Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and spinach and saute until spinach is wilted. Add artichokes and saute until heated through.
Spread buttery spread on one side of the bread and Daiya Plain Cream Cheeze Style Spread on the other.
Heat pan on medium heat. Place two pieces of bread buttery spread side down. On each piece of bread place 2 slices of Daiya Swiss Style Slices and half of the artichoke spinach filling. Top with the remaining two pieces of bread buttery spread side up.
When the bottom bread is browned, flip the sandwhich and cook until the other side is browned and cheeze is melted.
